The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) received additional funding from the federal government to assist eligible households with their water or wastewater services. LIHWAP was created to provide a benefit to a qualifying household whose water/wastewater service is currently disconnected, facing disconnection, or is past-due. Funds are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.   PLEASE NOTE: This program runs from November 1 to April 30 each year, as long as funding is available.
