NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Fremont Sanitation District will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider the proposed user rates for 2027, at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at the District’s regular meeting place, 107 Berry Parkway, Canon City, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Fremont Sanitation District for the year 2027. A PUBLIC HEARING to consider the adoption of the proposed budget will be held at 9:00 AM on November 17, 2026, at the District’s regular meeting place, 107 Berry Parkway, Canon City, Colorado.
The proposed budget is available for inspection at the District’s office during regular business hours. Any interested elector of the Fremont Sanitation District may file any objections to the proposed budget at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget by the Board of Directors.

Sanitary Sewer Availability Request
State law requires new residences and other developments have an approved water source, septic system, and or sanitary sewer service available. NOTE: Property owners are responsible for maintaining their private sewer service line from their building to the sewer main in the street.
