NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN:
That a vacancy has been created and an open position exists for a Director from Director District 7 of the Fremont Sanitation District Board of Directors. The appointee will serve until the next regular election on May 4, 2027, at which time the vacancy shall be filled by election for any remaining unexpired portion of the term. The appointee must be a duly qualified, eligible elector who resides or owns property in Director District 7, generally described as the area within the City limits of Florence, Colorado, together with various parcels in unincorporated Fremont County generally bounded on the south by parcels adjacent to State Highway 115, on the east by Florence River Park, on the north by the Arkansas River, and on the west by Pathfinder Park.
